USE THE FULL POTENTIAL OF HIPPO PAGES WITH REFERRAL PROGRAM COMBINATION

1. CREATING
HIPPOPAGE

HippoPage creates a vacancy landing page for every vacancy. This so-called HippoPage provides insight into the vacancy in an attractive and informative manner.

After an intake with you, we will create a professional page for you, but you can also create a more basic Hippo page yourself, only using our builder.

2. START THE REFERRAL PROGRAM

After the intake and reviewing of the Hippo Page, we create a Company Account. The HR/ Recruitment department can invite the employees to participate to in the referral program, by sending them an email with a registration link.

3. EMPLOYEES REGISTER TO THE PROGRAM

In order to be part of the Referral program, the participants have to register, so they can gather individual points in your program.

Following the link from the invitation email, we only need the name and the email to create a new user for the program.

4. SHARING AND THE COMPETITION

All participants can always log in to their dashboard with the list of published Hippo Pages.

With easy sharing buttons, they can share the pages with their network.

5. CANDIDATES VISIT THE PAGES AND APPLY

If candidates are interested in the posted vacancy, they can apply immediately. Every HippoPage has a 'apply here' button. By clicking on this button they are directly linked to the company's ATS system, where they can leave their resume and/or other relevant information.

6. LIVE
REPORTING

Participating employees receive a weekly e-mail with the current status. In this way they can see the status of the applicants and how they perform compared to colleagues.

Recruiters can see how the referrals convert. In this way the referral program can be further optimized.

7. REWARD
THE WINNERS

Employees receive a reward for hiring a new colleague. This can be in money, number of points or a credit. The amount and moment (application, interview, assumption or throughout the probationary period) of the reward can be set per vacancy.
